Cain, (deep) chocolate, has the natural athletic abilities and intelligence for field-work. At not even one year old achieved his Started Hunting Retriever title (SHR, for UKC) and his Junior Hunter title (JH, for AKC). He has a very loyal, sweet and loving disposition.

Now has earned his HR---Hunting Retriever title (UKC) and his SH—Senior Hunter title. He has run some finished, upland tests, and master tests this spring. Cain has been training since the spring for Agility and will begin showing in both AKC and UKC for agility titles. Cain now has earned 2 finished passes towards his title and had a strong master test run.

Samson

UH HRCH CH Lean Mac's Hunter Samson, MH, CGC, THD

Samson, black, has the classic look of the “Ducks Unlimited” dog with a boxy face and a conformation style body with great talent on marking and blind retrieves. He is sweet and docile in the home, yet a go-getter in the field. Fall 2011, Samson earned his UKC Upland title and AKC Master Hunter title. We are planning on taking him to the Spring Grand in 2012 and Master Nationals. Samson also has his CGC (Canine Good Citizen title) and ThD (Certified Therapy Dog title, an AKC title).

Samson’s first attempt at competing in Conformation, won 22 ribbons at the shows held in Peoria,IL early July. He just completed his UKC confirmation title in Richmond, KY.

SHR Adonai’s Power Thru Ezra, JH, CGC

Ezra, yellow, the newest addition to our collection has a beautiful look to him to please all. He comes out of amazing lines of field champions. He will be starting to work on his titles mid 2011, watch for his progress on our Facebook page

Earned his SHR...Started Hunting Retriever title (UKC) at the age of 5 months this spring!! Ezra earned his Junior Hunter title fall 2011 and even has run a strong AKC senior test. His desire to learn, achieve and succeed is unparalleled. This winter, Ezra will be training to run AKC Derbys early 2012. Then later spring/summer, Ezra will switch back and compete in UKC & AKC hunt tests to earn yet more titles. Ezra, along with Cain, has been training since the spring for Agility and will begin showing in both AKC and UKC for agility titles next year when he is 15mos old (req’d age)

Tabitha & Caleb

My volunteer therapy work came as a result of me having to quit Pfizer due to an injury to my shoulder in 2007. Out of my love for dogs and passion for people, I decided to certify first Tabitha, then Caleb as therapy dogs through Support Dogs here in St Louis so that I could I reach out to those hurting mentally, physically and emotionally with the love from my dogs.

We have, over the years, made visits to hospice patients, rehab patients, veterans at the VA & soon Fisher House, but our true love is the kids in the ICU and oncology floor at St John’s Mercy Medical Center in St Louis. Keep up with what Tabitha and Caleb are doing on our Facebook page
